Double guarantee through HACCP and ISO steps up management.


· Sately management: A food safety management system has been set up to guarantee safe food service in line with HACCP standards under the guidelines of Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China,General Principles of Food Hygiene,and General Hygienic Regulation for Food Enterprises.
· Hyglene management: An environmental hygiene management system has been established to guarantee hygienic food and environment in line with ISO14001 in the form of 5S management.
· Standardization manggement: Regulations have been drawn up according to the characteristics of food service in line with ISO9001:2000,which have been observed by all the employees in every aspect.Regulations include:Quality Handbook,Canteen Job Standards,Standsrds for the Operation of Kitchen Facilities,Job Responsibilities.
· Purchase and delivery management: A supply chain has been established in cooperation with food producing bases to guarantee uniform delivery and regional management,so that purchasing cost is cut and flaws avoided to achieve smooth supply.
· Nutrition and menu management:Experienced chartered nutritionists have been employed prepare menus of various classes according to the general need of nutrition by the human body and variations in climate and human groups.
